Configuration of SRPC/SRP segments for application items

Configure SRPC/SRP segment resolution

Configure SRPC/SRP segment sources for application item transaction types in Zuora Finance Settings.

You must have access to Finance Settings in the Zuora user interface.

  1. Navigate to Finance Settings > GL Segments.
  2. Scroll to Additional Configurations.
  3. For each application item transaction type, select the required SRPC/SRP segment source. See Configuration options for SRPC/SRP segments.
  4. Click Save.

    The changes apply to subsequent segment requests and journal runs for your tenant.
