Learn how to assign the permissions required to configure Advanced Approval, submit quotes, and approve requests.

1. Log in to your Salesforce org as an administrator.
2. Click and select Setup.

   The Setup homepage opens.

3. Navigate to Administration > Users > Users in the left navigation menu.

   The All Users page is then displayed on the right.

4. Select the user for whom you want to assign the permissions from the user list, and click the username.
5. In the Permission Set Assignments related list, click Edit Assignments.
6. If the following permission sets are not listed under Enabled Permission Sets, select them from the Available Permission Sets list, click Add, and then click Save.

   • Zuora Approval Admin - Required for users who configure approval flows, groups, chains, and rules.

   • Zuora Approval User - Required for users who submit quotes for approval and approve or reject approval requests.

   • Zuora Quotes End User - Required for users who access and work with quotes.
