Learn how to manage users in Zephr using the Admin Console, including filtering user lists, identifying users, and performing tasks like adding new users, exporting user data, delivering verification link, and so on.

If you use Zephr as an Identity Management platform, you can manage your registered users using the Admin Console. In the Users screen header, you can see the following key metrics and filters:

• All User Stores - Enables you to filter the user list based on their User Store , making it easier to locate and manage specific groups of users. Each user in your Zephr instance belongs to a User Store, which may represent:
• Users - Total and Last 7 Days - Displays the total number of users in your instance and the number of new users added in the last 7 days.
• Contact - Users and New Users in Last 7 Days - Displays the number of users created and associated with contact records in the last 7 days.

Zephr can identify a user by their email address and/or their username. By default, Zephr is configured to use email addresses to identify the user. If you use both email address and username to identify users, either can be used for authentication.

Zephr configures your console to match your requirements. The fields you see in the Identity module depend on the configuration of your console. The screenshots used in this section apply to the default configuration.

If you use both email addresses and usernames to identify your users, the screen includes both the Email Address and Username fields.
