Migrate from Zuora 360 to Zuora Connector for Salesforce CRM

Learn how to migrate from Zuora 360 to Zuora Connector for Salesforce CRM to continue synchronizing Zuora Billing data with Salesforce.

Before you begin, ensure that you meet the following prerequisites:

  • You have Salesforce administrator privileges.

  • You have administrator access to Zuora.

  • You have a Sandbox environment available for testing.

  • You are using the latest supported version of the connector.

  1. Contact Zuora Global Support to enable the new connector UI for your sandbox environment, if you have not already done so.
  2. On the Salesforce Connector page, navigate to the Sync Settings tab.
  3. Select the Zuora objects that you want to synchronize.
  4. Select the synchronization option:
    1. Real-time - The default option.
    2. Scheduled - Bundles API calls and sends them at a defined interval using Salesforce Bulk APIs which reduces API load.
  5. If you select Scheduled, select a value in the Scheduled Interval field.
  6. Select Save.
  7. Test synchronization in your Sandbox environment.
Note: Use the Manual Sync page to manually push Zuora information into Salesforce when needed. Validate the synchronization and any Salesforce-based business flows or screens that depend on the Zuora data, including reports, automation, integration, and business processes.
  8. Contact Zuora Global Support to enable the new connector user interface in your Production environment.
  9. Replicate the validated sandbox configuration in production.
  10. Configure OAuth Client credentials authentication.
  11. After you validate the new connector configuration, contact Zuora Global Support to disable the legacy Zuora 360 synchronization.
