Configure your AR email so that you can send emails from a common email address

1. Navigate to Settings > Company Settings > AR Email.
2. Click + Email, enter the desired email address, and click Add. A verification email is sent to the email address you entered.
3. Follow the instructions in the email to verify the ID.
4. Allow additional users to access the AR email by entering their email addresses.
5. Send and receive emails by selecting the AR email ID in the From dropdown menu.
