Working with Zuora Collections

Download AR aging or customer reports

Export AR aging reports and customer-specific collection activity reports to monitor outstanding balances and manage cash flow

You can export a consolidated accounts receivable (AR) aging report to gain valuable insights into the outstanding balances of customers and to help manage cash flow. You can also export a report of all collection activities for the customers that you specify.

Export an AR aging report
  1. Navigate to Customers > AR Aging and then click the Export button.
  2. Choose Current to export current data or History to export historical transaction data.
  3. Choose whether to export all data or to filter the data for export.
  4. After making your selections, click Download to generate the report. When the report is generated, you receive an email notification with a link to download the report.
Export a customer report
  1. Navigate to Customers > All Customers.
  2. Optionally, use filters to limit the results displayed.
  3. Click the Export button.
  4. Click Download to generate the report. When the report is generated, you receive an email notification with a link to download the report.
