Collection activities for selected invoices
You can manage various collection activities by invoices that are listed in the Invoices reports. You can select one or more invoices to manage these activities.

Followup Email: To send an email, click Followup Email. Optionally, use an existing email template and placeholders to streamline your message. For more information, see, Email templates.

Add Note: To add an internal note, click Add Note, refer to specific line items, and optionally, set and schedule a reminder for follow-up tasks.

Escalate: To escalate, click Escalate, refer to specific line items, and optionally, set and schedule a reminder for follow-up tasks.

Create Task: To create a follow-up task, click Create Task, enter the task details, assign an owner and due date.

Flag Invoice: To flag for follow-up, click Flag Invoice and then add comments about why the invoice is flagged. Click Unflag Invoice to remove the flag.

Pause Strategy: To pause collection follow-up activities, click Pause Strategy. Click Resume Strategy to resume activities.
