Learn how to perform a mass action.

1. Navigate to Finance > Mass Updater tab.
2. Select an action from the Mass Action to Perform drop-down menu.
3. Click Download to download the template file for that mass action. Each template contains descriptions and example values to help you get started.
4. Enter your data into the template file.

   For details about the data you can input for each type of mass action, see the topics in Supported Mass Actions. Make sure that you delete the example values already in the template.

5. Click Choose File, select your file, and then click upload.
6. Click Yes in the confirmation dialog box to upload the file. Zuora performs the mass action according to the data in the file.
