Feature Mappings for Multi-Environment ZEMS Integration

Use Feature Mappings in Feature Rules

Learn how to use feature mappings to define which Zuora Billing catalog features control user entitlements in each environment.

When creating a feature rule:

  1. Navigate to Products > Features.
  2. Click Add Feature.
  3. Enable the Link to Zuora Billing Catalog toggle. When enabled, a new Feature Mapping section will appear.
  4. Select an existing feature mapping or create a new one.
  5. Review the mapping preview (description and linked features).
  6. Complete the rest of the feature rule configuration.

    If the toggle is disabled, the feature behaves as a standard feature rule without mappings.
