Define dispute types for collections

Define and customize dispute types for collections to effectively categorize invoices

Disputes arise from discrepancies or disagreements between customers and vendors regarding billing, services rendered, or product quality. You can customize the dispute types you use to categorize invoices.
  1. Navigate to Collections Management > Dispute Types.
  2. To add a new dispute type, click Add Dispute Type.
  3. Enter the name of the dispute type, and then click Enter to save.
