Change roles and permissions

Change roles and permissions by navigating through settings and editing role-specific permissions

  1. To update the role permissions, navigate to Settings > User Administration > Access Control & Permissions (Roles).
  2. For the role you want to edit, click Edit Role. The permissions are grouped by various categories and pages.
  3. Set the permissions you want for the selected role and save your entries.

    You can establish the organizational hierarchy by adding a reporting manager for users. See Create a new user.
