Other Differences

Shows accountability for the differences between the Accounts Receivable Roll Forward and Accounts Receivable Aging calculations. Possible situations that cause the difference:

  • Credit Balance Gains/Losses - Today, Zuora does not handle Credit Balance Gains / Losses calculation.

  • Transactions created during the trial balance - It's possible that transactions were created in this accounting period during a trial balance and therefore introduced discrepancies. You can try running trial balance again. You can also put an accounting period in the Pending Close status which prevents new transactions from being created.

  • Tax No Rounding - You have chosen to not round taxation items and this may cause discrepancies during calculations.

Ending Accounts Receivable

Ending balance of your Accounts Receivable for this accounting period. The following section shows how the Ending Accounts Receivable balance is calculated.
