Use a shared template
Use a shared homepage template as a starting point for a homepage layout that has already been prepared for your tenant.
Shared templates help you start from a consistent homepage layout instead of building the homepage from scratch. After you apply a shared template, you can review the layout and make changes if needed. You can use a shared template in two ways:

During homepage onboarding, you can choose a shared template as your starting point.

If you already have a homepage, you can add widgets from a shared template to the current homepage configuration.
To apply a shared template to an existing homepage:
- In the upper-right corner of the homepage, click Add Widget.
- Select the From Template tab in the panel.
- Browse the templates available in your tenant.
- Hover over a template preview and click Add All Widgets.
The widgets from the selected template are added to the homepage without removing your current configuration.
