Manage memo templates
Learn how to edit or remove memo templates
You can edit or remove credit memo and debit memo templates in Zuora Billing setting.
Edit memo templates
To edit a credit memo or debit memo template:
- Click your username at the top right corner and click Billing > Manage Billing Document Configuration.
- In the Manage Invoice, Credit/Debit Memo Templates tab, click Edit.
- Edit the template name or upload the updated template file.
- Click Save.
Remove memo templates
To remove a credit memo or debit memo template:
- Click your username at the top right corner and click Billing > Manage Billing Document Configuration.
- In the Manage Invoice, Credit/Debit Memo Templates tab, click Remove.
Note that you cannot remove the memo default template.
