Country-specific configurations in Avalara for Singapore
Configure Zuora E-Invoicing with Avalara to generate Singapore-specific e-invoice files for Singapore's Clearance Network Model.
If your business sells products or services in Singapore, you can use Zuora's pre-integrated Avalara e-invoicing support for Singapore to generate country-specific e-invoice files by using prebuilt templates, regulatory-aligned mappings, automated validation, and API-based submission and response handling.
Singapore uses a Clearance Network Model. In Avalara, activation is supported through a two-step setup: first activate InvoiceNow – Singapore to participate in the Peppol network and register your Peppol ID, and then activate Singapore IRAS Corner 5 / Inland Revenue Authority of Singapore to enable the SG-B2B-CTC Clearance submission flow to IRAS. For the Singapore pre-integrated package, Zuora is expected to provide default templates for Invoice, Credit Memo, and Debit Memo, together with country-specific configuration guidance for Avalara and Zuora.
This article provides guidance on configuring e-invoicing for Singapore in both Avalara and Zuora. It follows the same documentation model used for other Avalara country-specific configuration topics, with separate guidance for setup, field mapping, and testing.
