View details of invoice schedules

Learn how to view detailed information about invoice schedules and their items through the Zuora UI and REST API.

Note:

The Billing Schedule feature is generally available. You can enable this feature in Sandbox and Production environments with the self-serve interface. For more information, see Enable billing features by yourself.

After an invoice schedule is created, you can view its detailed information on the invoice schedule and its items.

To view information about a custom invoice schedule through the REST API, use the Retrieve an invoice schedule operation.

  1. To view detailed information about an invoice schedule from an associated order through the Zuora UI, perform the following steps:
    1. In the left navigation section, navigate to Customers > Orders .
    2. On the Orders page, click the number of the order associated with the invoice schedule that you want to view information about.
    3. On the order details page, click the number of the invoice schedule that is displayed under the Invoice Schedule field in the basic information section.
    4. On the invoice schedule details page, view detailed information about the invoice schedule.
    You can find the details of the invoice schedule, including the status information, billing information, basic information, and item information.
  2. To view detailed information about an invoice schedule from an associated subscription through the Zuora UI, perform the following steps:
    1. In the left navigation section, navigate to Customers > Subscriptions .
    2. On the Subscriptions page, click the number of the subscription associated with the invoice schedule that you want to view information about.
    3. On the subscription details page, click the number of the invoice schedule that is displayed under the Invoice Schedule field in the Billing & Payment section.
    4. On the invoice schedule details page, view detailed information about the invoice schedule.
    You can find the details of the invoice schedule, including the status information, billing information, basic information, and item information.
