Lean how to amend a subscription order and add a hard bundle product with the desired rate plans and optional charges using the Zuora UI.

1. Navigate to Customers > Orders.
2. Click Create New Order. The Create New Order page opens.
3. In the Account field, enter the name of the account that owns the order.
   Note: By default, the account that owns the order also owns the subscription. You can enter the account by clicking either Account Name or Account Number:

   • If you click Account Name, type part of the account name in the Account field. Matching accounts are dynamically listed for your selection.
   • If you click Account Number, type the complete account number.

   

4. Click Amend Subscriptions.
5. From the drop-down list, select either the Subscription invoiced or Subscription owned option to list the subscriptions associated with the order.

   

6. Under the Action column, click Select to select a subscription. The Review Order page opens.

   

7. Click Add Product. The Add Product page opens.
8. In the Products and Charges section, search for the hard bundle product.
9. Click the right arrow (>) next to the product name to expand its rate plans, and then select the checkbox next to the rate plan you want to add.

   

   Note: You can select rate plans from multiple products. To remove a rate plan from your selection, clear its checkbox. The total number of selected rate plans is indicated in the UI.
10. Click Add Product.
11. In the Products and Charges section, select the optional charges to include in the hard bundle.

    

    Note: The Hard Bundle contains both optional and mandatory charges.
12. Click Review Order. The Review Order page opens.

    

13. Click Activate.
