Learn how to create a subscription with a hard bundle product, configure optional and mandatory charges, review billing, and activate the subscription.

1. Navigate to Customers > Orders. The Orders page opens.
2. Click Create New Order.

   

3. Follow Step 3 to Step 7 in the Create a subscription using the Zuora UI topic to create a new subscription.

   

4. In the Products and Charges section, select a hard bundle product.
5. Click Add Product. The Add Product page is displayed.
6. To add a rate plan, click the right arrow (>) next to the product name to expand all its rate plans, and then select the checkbox in front of the rate plan.

   

7. Click Add Product in the bottom right corner.

   

   Note: The hard bundle contains both optional and mandatory charges.
8. (optional) If the bundle contains optional charges, select the checkbox next to the optional charge or charges to include them in the subscription.
9. (optional) To update a charge for the selected rate plan, click the name of the charge to expand the charge details and update it.
10. Click Review Order. The Review Order page opens. The operations that you can perform on the subscription are listed to the right of the subscription name.

    

11. (optional) To preview billing information for the subscription, click Preview Billing, specify the preview settings, and then click Update Preview to see the preview invoices. After you are finished, click Done to return to the previous page.
12. Click Activate.
