Learn how to remove optional charges from a subscribed hard bundle product rate plan in Zuora by creating and amending an order, updating the subscription, and deleting the selected charges.

1. Navigate to Customers > Orders. The Orders page opens.
2. Click Create New Order. The Create New Order page opens
3. In the Account field, enter the name of the account that owns the order.

   

   Note:

   By default, the account that owns the order will also own the subscription. You can enter the account by clicking either Account Name or Account Number

   • If you click Account Name, type part of the account name in the Account field. Matching accounts are dynamically listed for your selection.
   • If you click Account Number, type the complete account number.
4. Click Amend Subscriptions.
5. From the drop-down list, select either the Subscription invoiced or Subscription owned option. The subscriptions associated with the order are listed.

   

6. Under the Action column, click Select to select a subscription. The Review Order page opens.

   

7. Click Update. The Update Product page opens.

   

8. Select an optional charge to be removed from the list, then click the delete icon.

   

9. Click Apply. The selected charge is removed from the product rate plan.

   

10. Click Activate.
