You can choose one of the following three cancellation options for different scenarios:

• Only cancel a subscription. See Cancel subscriptions .

• Cancel a subscription with a refund, and even write off outstanding invoices. In this scenario, payments must have been created in advance. See Cancel subscriptions and refund end customers automatically and Examples of canceling a subscription and refunding the end customers automatically .

• Cancel a subscription and write off all unpaid invoices. In this scenario, payments have not been created. See Cancel subscriptions and write off all unpaid invoices .
