Learn how to view the exemption validity period on the account details page.

1. In Zuora Billing, navigate to Customer Accounts.
2. Click View, or click the account name, for the applicable account.
3. In the Taxation section, review the following fields:

   • Effective Date: The date on which the customer's tax exemption starts.

   • Expiration Date: The date on which the customer's tax exemption expires.

   Note: These fields appear immediately after Entity/Use Code.
