Learn how to add and customize a formula in the Decision Table of your pricing configuration.

1. Go to Decision Table under your pricing configuration.
2. Click Edit or Create New to open the table.
3. In the Enter Formula section, click Insert Field/Operator.
4. From the pop-up, select the required field (for example, price or adjustment). Alternatively, click the + icon next to an existing field to add a new Adjustment or Price Limit field.
5. Select the needed operator (+, -, *, /, (, ), ^) to build your expression.
6. Optionally, type directly in the formula bar to customize your formula.
7. Review the formula for correct syntax, balanced parentheses, and supported fields (no attributes).
8. Click Save to apply and store the formula.
9. Validate the result in the price calculation preview or sandbox test.
