Enable and use Flexible Billing Attributes in CPQ X

Display contact address in Subscription Bill To Contact and Subscription Sold To Contact fields

Learn how to configure the Subscription Bill To Contact and Subscription Sold To Contact fields to display contact address with account name as picklist values when lookup results include synced Zuora Billing contacts and Salesforce Contacts.

You can configure the Subscription Bill To Contact and Subscription Sold To Contact fields to display Contact Address with Account Name as picklist values.

Starting in version 10.61, this behavior is also supported when you select a Salesforce contact in the subscription-level contact fields.

  1. In your Salesforce org, navigate to Zuora Config > Quote Studio Settings > Admin Config..
  2. Switch on the toggle Display Contact Address fields in Subscription Level Contact picklists. .
    This setting must be used in conjunction with Enable Flexible Billing in Quote Studio setting.
  3. Click Save.
