Learn how to enable the settings so that Quote Studio displays the prepaid with drawdown unit fields.
Enable this setting before any sales representative adds prepaid with drawdown products to a quote. If the setting is disabled, charges that use Specific Days, Specific Weeks, or Specific Months can fail during the first preview.
Prepaid with Drawdown key terms

| Topup | Adds prepaid units to the balance. |
| Drawdown | Consumes units from the prepaid balance. |
| Prepaid UOM | The unit of measure for the prepaid balance. This value must match between related topup and drawdown charges. |
| Validity period | The length of time that prepaid units remain available before they expire. |
| Rollover | Determines whether an unused balance carries forward instead of expiring. |
| Drawdown scope | Defines which balances are eligible for drawdown. |
| Drawdown priority | Defines the order in which prepaid balances are consumed. Lower numbers have higher priority. |
| Drawdown rate | Defines the consumption ratio from the prepaid balance. The default is 1, which represents a 1:1 ratio. |
Validity period types for prepaid with drawdown
Quote Studio supports the following validity period types for prepaid with drawdown charges:

In 10.61, the Specific Days, Specific Weeks, and Specific Months picklist values are added to the Validity Period Type field on both Product Rate Plan Charge and Quote Rate Plan Charge.
