Enhanced Unit-Based Prepaid with Drawdown (PPDD) in Quote Studio

Troubleshooting prepaid with drawdown charges

Use this reference to identify common issues with prepaid with drawdown charges and their resolutions.

IssueCauseResolution
Prepaid with drawdown modal is not accessible on the charge.
  • The setting is not enabled.
  • The PPDD field set (zqu__PPDDetails) has no fields.
  • Activate Enable Advanced Prepaid Drawdown Charges in Admin Config.
  • Go to Quote Rate Plan Charge field sets and verify that the PPDD (zqu__PPDDetails) and Rollover (zqu__PPDDRollover) field sets contain fields.
Preview returns error 58730022.Specific Validity Period Length is missing.Activate Enable Advanced Prepaid Drawdown Charges and make sure Specific Validity Period Length is populated.
The drawdown charge is rejected.The UOM values do not match.Make sure the drawdown UOM matches the prepaid UOM on the related topup charge.
Rollover does not behave as expected.Rollover is not enabled or not fully configured.Enable rollover and review the Rollover End Date and related rollover fields.
