Enable Chatter for Zuora 360
Learn how to enable Chatter feed tracking to roll up records for Subscription, Invoice, and Account objects in Zuora 360.
You must enable Chatter feed tracking to roll up records for each object type that you want to track.
- To roll up any Subscription or Invoice feeds to the Account object, you must enable Chatter feed tracking for the Account object.
- To roll up Subscription feeds to the Account, you must enable Chatter feed tracking for the Subscription object.
- To roll up Invoice feeds to Account, you must enable Chatter feed tracking needs for the Invoice object.
- Navigate to Setup > App Setup > Customize > Chatter > Feed Tracking.
- In the Feed Tracking list, select the object that you want to track, and then select Enable Feed Tracking.
- Click Save.
