Enable 3DS2 for your Chase merchant profile
Learn how to enable 3D Secure 2.0 for your Chase merchant profile and configure the necessary gateway settings.
Before configuring your Zuora tenant, you must enable 3D Secure 2.0 for your Chase merchant profile. Contact Chase Merchant Services to get 3DS2 enabled for your merchant profile.
Configure the gateway instance
Only the Chase Paymentech Orbital Gateway version supports 3DS2. If you are using an earlier version of Chase Orbital payment gateway integration, upgrade your gateway to this version. Contact Zuora Global Support to get access to Chase Paymentech Orbital Gateway .
When configuring the gateway instance , you must enter the value for the following fields on the gateway configuration page in addition to the required fields:

JPMPP Merchant ID

JPMPP Merchant Password
These are the credentials specific to strong customer authentication (SCA). Contact Chase Merchant Services to get this information for your merchant account.

The "Best practices" section in Zuora’s implementation of 3D Secure 2.0 provides best practices for reducing the possibility of failed transactions due to 3DS2 authentication errors.
Limitations
Currently, 0 authorization amount is not supported in 3DS2 implementation of the Chase Orbital gateway.
