Learn how to set up and configure a CardConnect gateway instance in your Zuora payment settings.

1. Select your username at the top right of the page, and then navigate to Settings > Payments > Setup Payment Gateway.
2. On the Configure Gateway Instance tab, select CardConnect from the Gateway Type dropdown list.
3. Select Create Gateway.
4. Enter the required information for the gateway instance.

   Configuration fields do not support the vertical bar character (|). If your gateway provider assigns a password that contains this character, Zuora displays a validation error. To resolve this issue, contact your gateway provider and request a new password that does not contain the unsupported character.

5. Select Save Gateway Information.
