Chase Mobility Payment Gateway Integration

Overview of Chase Mobility payment gateway integration

Zuora's integration with J.P. Morgan's Chase Mobility Payment API facilitates Credit Card transactions, supporting features like Delayed Capture, stored credential profiles, and Real-Time Reconciliation.

Note:

This payment gateway integration can be requested through the Specialized Payment Connections service at an additional cost.

Zuora integrates with J.P.Morgan’s Chase Mobility Payment API , supporting a gateway integration known as Chase Mobility for processing Credit Card transactions.

Supported payment methods

The Chase Mobility payment gateway integration supports Credit Card payment methods, including the following card brands:

  • American Express

  • JCB

  • Mastercard

  • Visa

  • Cartes Bancaires

The creation of Credit Card payment methods on the Chase Mobility integration is only supported through the hosted payment page. For more information, see Create payment methods and implement payment flows on Chase Mobility .

Support for Delayed Capture

The Delayed Capture feature allows you to authorize the availability of funds for a transaction but delay the capture of funds until a later time. The Chase Mobility payment gateway integration supports Delayed Capture for Credit Card payment methods, which involves the use of the following API operations:

  • Create authorization

  • Create a payment to capture the payment or Cancel authorization

Zuora also supports capturing authorizations that were generated externally by using Zuora's Create authorization API operation.

Support for stored credential profiles

The Chase Mobility payment gateway integration includes support for the Stored Credential Transactions framework. The storedPaymentOptionReference field is returned from the gateway and is used in processing recurring transactions. NTI is not returned.

Chase Mobility supports the following card brands for stored credential transactions:

  • American Express

  • JCB

  • Mastercard

  • Visa

  • Cartes Bancaires

Support for Real-Time Reconciliation

If the Chase Mobility payment gateway integration is enabled on your tenant, Real-Time Reconciliation is automatically enabled for it. The payment gateway can submit notifications to Zuora for various event types on gateway objects, and the corresponding records can be automatically updated in real time.

Features not supported

  • Non-referenced refund is not supported

  • Creating Credit Card payment methods through the Zuora UI or API operations is not supported.

  • Set up and configure a Chase Mobility payment gateway instance

  • Create payment methods and implement payment flows on Chase Mobility

  • Real-Time Reconciliation events for Chase Mobility

  • Field mappings for credit card transactions through Chase Mobility
