Create and configure a PIX Payment Page 2.0 for PIX Automático

Create and configure a PIX Payment Page 2.0 for PIX Automático, ensuring all necessary prerequisites and settings are in place for successful payment processing and enrollment.

  • An EBANX gateway instance is created and configured on your Zuora tenant.
  • PIX payment method type is enabled on your tenant.
  • You have PIX enabled as a Payment Pages 2.0 type.
  • You understand the standard one-time PIX flow and client-side parameters.
  1. In the Zuora UI, navigate to Settings > Payments > Setup payment Pages.
  2. On the Payment Pages tab, click Create New Hosted Page.
  3. In the Type drop‑down list, select Pix as the payment method type.
  4. Click Generate and Save Page to open the hosted payment page configuration.
  5. In the Basic Information section, configure the following fields:
    • Page Name – Enter a name to identify the hosted payment page in Zuora. This name is for internal use only and is different from the title displayed to end customers.

    • Hosted Domain – Enter the domain address from which the payment page is served. The value must be a valid URL. Zuora validates this field, except when using the Overlay Hosted Page mode.

    • Allow Subdomain Callback for Hosted Pages (optional) – Enable this option if your hosted payment pages and callback pages reside in a subdomain of the hosted domain.

    • Callback Path – Enter the path where the callback page file resides. Use the format /path/to/callback. This field is required only for advanced integrations that use an inline form with an external submit button.

  6. Select the default EBANX gateway. In the Payment Gateway area, select your EBANX gateway instance as the Default Payment Gateway.

You can override this value at runtime by specifying the paymentGateway client parameter.

  7. Configure page layout and required fields.

For PIX Automático, payer identity fields are important because EBANX uses them for mandate enrollment.

    • First Name and Last Name should be displayed and required.
    • Email should be displayed and required.
    • Identity Number (CPF/CNPJ) should be displayed and required, as it is used during PIX Automático enrollment.
  8. Configure client-side validation and styling.

Enable client-side validation to ensure required fields are populated before submission. Optionally, configure custom CSS to match your branding. For detailed information, see Client Parameters for Payment Pages 2.0

  9. Click Generate and Save Page.

Preview the page to confirm required fields, validation behavior, and page styling.

The PIX Payment Page 2.0 is ready to be used for both one-time PIX payments and PIX Automático enrollment and recurring payment flows.
