Overview of FiservCommerceHub payment gateway integration
Learn about integrating the FiservCommerceHub payment gateway with Zuora for credit card transactions, including delayed capture, stored credential profiles, and 3D Secure authentication for supported HPM on-session flows.
This payment gateway integration can be requested through the Specialized Payment Connections service at an additional cost.
Zuora integrates with the Fiserv Commerce Hub API through the FiservCommerceHub gateway integration for processing credit card transactions. The integration supports tokenized card flows and PAN-based credit card transactions for supported payment operations. In PAN-based flows, Zuora uses card data directly and does not require TransArmor tokens.

Support Apple Pay and Google Pay on FiservCommerceHub
You can accept Apple Pay and Google Pay in supported hosted payment form flows when you use the FiservCommerceHub payment gateway integration. This support extends the existing FiservCommerceHub integration, which already supports credit card processing, delayed capture, stored credential profiles, and 3D Secure for supported flows. The currencies and markets available to you depend on your FiservCommerceHub merchant account configuration. You can use the Zuora SDK to render the Apple Pay or Google Pay button on Zuora Hosted Payment Pages (HPM) or on a hosted page of your choice.

Apple Pay
You can add Apple Pay to a supported hosted payment form that uses the FiservCommerceHub gateway. Follow the standard Apple Pay setup flow for prerequisites, domain registration, client-side integration, server-side session handling, and testing.

Support for Delayed Capture
The Delayed Capture feature allows you to authorize the availability of funds for a transaction but delay the capture of funds until a later time. The FiservCommerceHub payment gateway integration supports Delayed Capture for Credit Card payment methods, which involves the use of the following API operations:
- Create authorization
- Create a payment to capture the payment or Cancel authorization
Zuora also supports capturing authorizations that were generated externally by using Zuora's Create authorization API operation.
Support for stored credential profiles
The FiservCommerceHub payment gateway integration includes support for the Stored Credential Transactions framework.
For FiservCommerceHub, stored credential support can be used with supported customer-initiated and merchant-initiated credit card transaction flows. The 3D Secure 2.0 support described on this page remains limited to supported HPM on-session flows.
For merchants using FiservCommerceHub with stored credential profiles, Zuora supports unscheduled customer‑initiated card transactions (CIT) via the legacy POST /v1/object/payment API.
- Applies to credit card payments only.
- Applies to unscheduled CIT flows; recurring MIT flows remain unchanged. \
- Currently supported only for the legacy Payment API (
/v1/object/payment) together with FiservCommerceHub.
Supported Gateway Options fields
Support for 3D Secure 2.0
The FiservCommerceHub payment gateway integration now supports 3D Secure 2.0 (3DS2) for credit card payment methods on HPM v.2.0. 3D Secure 2.0 adds an additional layer of authentication for online card payments, helping to reduce fraud and comply with regulatory requirements such as Strong Customer Authentication (SCA). Support for 3D Secure authentication on HPM
Zuora supports 3D Secure authentication for credit card payments processed through the FiservCommerceHub gateway on Hosted Payment Pages (HPM).
When 3D Secure is enabled on a hosted payment page configured with a FiservCommerceHub gateway, Zuora authenticates the cardholder before processing the transaction.
The supported currencies and markets depend on your FiservCommerceHub merchant account configuration, and the integration continues to use tokenized cards.
After successful authentication, the tokenized card can be used for one-time and recurring payments.
