Global Payments Payment Gateway Integration

Overview of Global Payments payment gateway integration

Integrate Zuora with Global Payments API to process credit card transactions, supporting various card brands and advanced features like Delayed Capture and Level 2/3 data.

Note:

This payment gateway integration can be requested through the Specialized Payment Connections service at an additional cost.

Zuora integrates with Global Payments API , supporting a gateway integration known as Global Payments for processing Credit Card transactions.

Supported payment methods

The Global Payments payment gateway integration supports Credit Card payment methods, including the following card brands:

  • American Express

  • Diners Club

  • Discover

  • JCB

  • Mastercard

  • Visa

For information about supported currencies, see Global Payments documentation .

Regarding the card information update, the Global Payments gateway vendor automatically updates the raw card data on the gateway side and there is no option to pass this data back to Zuora.

Support for Delayed Capture

The Delayed Capture feature allows you to authorize the availability of funds for a transaction but delay the capture of funds until a later time. The Global Payments payment gateway integration supports Delayed Capture for Credit Card payment methods, which involves the use of the following API operations:

  • Create authorization

  • Create a payment to capture the payment or Cancel authorization

Zuora also supports capturing authorizations that were generated externally by using Zuora's Create authorization API operation.

Support for Level 2 and Level 3 card data

The Global Payments gateway integration supports processing Level 2 and Level 3 credit card data. For more information, see the following articles:

Support for stored credential profiles

The Global Payments payment gateway integration includes support for the Stored Credential Transactions framework.

Supported Gateway Options fields

You can submit additional information to the gateway by using the Gateway Options fields. For more information, see Gateway Options fields supported by Global Payments .

Features not supported

Non-referenced refund is not supported.
