Overview of Helix payment gateway integration
Integrate the Helix Payment Gateway with Zuora for processing credit card transactions, supporting major card brands and stored credential profiles, with certain limitations.
Zuora partners with J.P. Morgan Chase to provide a payment gateway integration called Helix Payment Gateway for processing credit card transactions.
This feature is in the Early Adopter phase. We are actively soliciting feedback from a small set of early adopters.
Supported payment methods
The Helix payment gateway integration only supports credit card payment methods, including the following card brands:

MasterCard

American Express

Support for stored credential profiles
The Helix payment gateway integration includes support for the Stored Credential Transactions framework and the sharing NTI feature. For details, see Support for stored credential transactions overview .

Only transactions in Australian Dollars (AUD) are supported.
