Map File Headers to Zuora Payment Fields
Match lockbox file headers to the corresponding Zuora payment fields.
On the Zuora Payment Fields tab, Zuora populates the field values for the items from the uploaded file. For each item from the uploaded file, complete the following steps:
- From the Lockbox File Header list, select the header that best matches the corresponding Zuora payment field.
- Optional: If you selected Invoice Only as the process option in the previous step, select a payment field for identifying invoice numbers from the Zuora Payment Field list.
- Click Next Step.
Zuora populates the Sample Row From File field with sample data from the uploaded file so you can validate the mapping accuracy.
