Configure Configurable Lockbox

Prerequisites for configuring Configurable Lockbox

Ensure Configurable Lockbox is installed and created using the OAuth credential before proceeding.

  • You must have installed Configurable Lockbox. For more information, see Install Configurable Lockbox .

  • Configurable Lockbox must be created by using the OAuth credential. To verify and update the OAuth credential:

  1. Navigate to Settings > Connect .
  2. Locate the desired tenant instance.
  3. Hover over the instance, and click Edit .
  4. Ensure that the OAuth credential is included in the Target field. If you need to update this field, follow the instructions in Create an OAuth Tenant Login in Zuora Connect to create an OAuth credential, and then select the created OAuth credential from the Target dropdown list.

    If you need to split and apply a single check across multiple invoices or debit memos, you must specify the amount that will be applied to each billing document with the individual record in your input file. For example, if a $100 payment is to be evenly split across INV00000123 and INV00000456, the input file must contain one record for each of the invoices, i.e. $50 for INV00000123 and ​$50 for INV00000456. During the initial configuration of your lockbox file format, ensure the allocated amount for each invoice is appropriately mapped. The configurations can be updated according to your requirements
