Verify and update the OAuth credential
Verify that your Configurable Lockbox instance uses an OAuth credential, and update the credential if needed.
You must install Configurable Lockbox. For more information, see Install Configurable Lockbox.
To split a single check across multiple invoices or debit memos, specify the amount to apply to each billing document on a separate record in your input file. For example, to split a $100 payment evenly across INV00000123 and INV00000456, include one record for each invoice: $50 for INV00000123 and $50 for INV00000456. During the initial configuration of your lockbox file format, map the allocated amount for each invoice correctly. You can update the configuration later as needed.
