Add an in-transaction retry to a routing rule
Add a Response Condition component and a follow-up Assign Gateway action to retry a failed transaction immediately, based on the gateway response code, without waiting for the next retry cycle.
You have added an Assign Gateway action to the branch on which you want to configure the retry. For more information, see Add an action to a routing rule.
- Click the plus icon on the connector line after the Assign Gateway action.
- Add a Response Condition component to evaluate the gateway response code.
- Under the Response Condition branch, add an Assign Gateway action that routes the retry to the alternate gateway.
- Click Save.
