Install Configurable Payment Retry

Learn how to install the Configurable Payment Retry (CPR) app on your Zuora tenant, including prerequisites and step-by-step instructions.

Before you install CPR, ensure that you have completed the following tasks:

Create a Zuora Connect account. For more information, see Link your Connect account to your Zuora account.
Purchase the CPR app.
Create an OAuth login for your Zuora tenant. For more information, see Create an OAuth login in Zuora Connect.
Ensure that you have the Platform Admin role. For more information about platform roles, see Platform roles.

Log in to your Zuora tenant.
Navigate to Marketplace > Purchases.
Locate the Configurable Payment Retry app, hover over it, and click Deploy.
In the New Configuration window, specify the configuration details for the app:
- Name: A name is populated automatically. Modify the name if necessary.
- Run Mode: Select Universal. For other apps, see the app documentation to choose the appropriate run mode.
- Execution: Select External unless the app documentation specifies otherwise.
- Build Name: Select Production - US, regardless of your environment.
- Source and Target: Select the tenant login for the app. For CPR, select the OAuth tenant login that you created.
Click Create.

The app is installed and appears under Marketplace in your Zuora tenant. You might need to refresh the page for the app name to display.

After CPR is installed, you can launch, configure, and use the app in your Zuora tenant.
