Enable and configure Real-Time Reconciliation for Alipay

Learn how to enable and configure Real-Time Reconciliation for Alipay, ensuring proper setup and user permissions in Zuora.

Before you enable Real-Time Reconciliation for Alipay, ensure the following:

  • An Alipay gateway instance is configured in Zuora.

  • The merchant ID is not configured for any other tenant or entity for Real-Time Reconciliation. Configuring one merchant ID for multiple entities or tenants in the same environment is not supported.

To enable and configure Real-Time Reconciliation for Alipay, complete the following steps:

  1. Click your username in the upper right, and then navigate to Settings > Payments > Configure Real-Time Reconciliation.

The page displays all available Real-Time Reconciliation configuration mappings for active gateway authentication credentials:

    • Name: The gateway authentication name.

    • Gateway Type: The type of the gateway instance associated with the Real-Time Reconciliation service.

    • Gateway Identifier: The ISV sub-merchant ID.

    • User: The Zuora username of the user who performs the reconciliation actions.

    • Actions: The operations for managing the Real-Time Reconciliation configuration:

      • Delete: Delete a configuration mapping.

      • Edit: Update the user who performs the reconciliation actions.

  2. From the Gateway Type list, select Alipay, and then click Add.
  3. On the Enable Real-Time Reconciliation page, in the Configuration to reconcile events section, select the authentication token from the Gateway Merchant Account list.
  4. In the User to reconcile events section, select the user that Zuora uses to perform the reconciliation actions.

Select one of the following options:

    • Current User: The user who logs in to Zuora and enables Real-Time Reconciliation.

    • Select a User: Select a user from the list who has the required permissions to perform the reconciliation actions.

Note: Ensure that the selected user has the required permissions. Only users created through the Zuora UI appear in the list. Users created through One ID are not available.
  5. Click Submit.
