Enable and configure Real-Time Reconciliation for BlueSnap

BlueSnap Real-Time Reconciliation lets Zuora receive gateway notifications and update supported payment and refund records in near real time instead of waiting for batch reconciliation.

  • Ensure that you have the BlueSnap merchant ID that you want to map to Zuora for Real-Time Reconciliation.

  • Decide whether you are configuring sandbox or production, because Zuora uses a different allowed sender IP list based on the Gateway Test Environment selection.

  • If the Invoice Settlement feature is enabled on your tenant, the user configured to perform Real-Time Reconciliation actions must have the Issue External Refund and Unapply Payment payments permissions.

  1. Click your username in the upper right, and then navigate to Settings > Payments > Configure Real-Time Reconciliation.
  2. From the Gateway Type drop-down list, select BlueSnap, and then click Add.
  3. On the BlueSnap Real-Time Reconciliation setup page, enter the merchant ID for the BlueSnap account that you want to associate with this configuration.
  4. Optional: If you are configuring BlueSnap for a sandbox account, select the option that indicates you are using the test environment.

If you are not using a sandbox account, leave this option unselected.

  5. In the User to reconcile events section, select the Zuora user who performs reconciliation actions.

You can use the current user or another eligible UI-created user with the required permissions.

  6. Click Submit to save the configuration in Zuora.
