User Account Management

View Audit Trail

Learn how to view and filter the audit trail to monitor login activity and user management events in your Zuora tenant.

The audit trail records user activity in the system. As a customer administrator, you can review login events and user management events, such as account creation and user deletion.

  1. In the left navigation pane, navigate to Customer > User Accounts.
  2. Select the gear icon to open the settings.
  3. Select Audit Trail.

    The Audit Trail page is displayed.

  4. To narrow the results, filter the entries by date, user, or action type.
  5. Review the audit trail entries in the table.
  6. To view additional entries, select the pagination controls at the bottom of the table.
