Understand the Integration Hub job list
This document provides an overview of the Integration Hub job list, detailing job information such as connector, job type, status, and troubleshooting steps.
The Integration Hub section in System Health displays the following information for each job:
- Connector
- Job name or type
- Status
- Start time / End time
- Duration
- Environment
The exact column labels and available fields might vary depending on your environment and the connectors enabled in your tenant.
Troubleshooting from System Health
- If a job has failed multiple times in succession, review the following:
- Whether the source or destination system has changed (for example, credentials, permissions, or schema).
- Whether there were recent configuration changes in Integration Hub for that connector.
- If the job shows a failure reason or error category, use that information together with the connector-specific Troubleshooting or Error logging topic for deeper investigation.
- If you cannot resolve the issue, collect:
- The job execution identifier,
- The approximate time of failure, and
Limitations
Consider the following limitations:
- System Health shows only supported Integration Hub connectors running on the current Integration Hub framework.
- There can be a short delay between the time a job finishes and when its status appears in System Health.
- Historical retention of Integration Hub job data in System Health may be limited to a specific time range, depending on your environment.Note:
The standard retention is seven days.
- System Health does not replace connector‑specific logs. For detailed, record‑level analysis, continue to use the logging and monitoring options documented for each Integration Hub connector.
