Learn how to export a user roles report from OneID so you can review global or tenant-level role assignments.

1. In OneID, navigate to Admin Console > User Roles.
2. Click Download.

   The Export User Roles Report dialog opens.

3. Enter a name for the report.
4. From the Report Type list, select Global or Tenant.

   • Global: Exports roles and permissions for all tenants in OneID.

   • Tenant: Exports roles and permissions for a specific tenant. Select the tenant from the View Role list of drop-down list to download its roles and permissions.

5. Click Export.
