Learn how to change the password and reset security question and answer of your user profile.

1. Click your avatar in the upper right of the Zuora UI and then click Profile. The Personal Settings page opens.
2. Click Change Your Password.
3. Enter the original password and your new password. The password must meet the following criteria:

   • Passwords cannot contain spaces (empty characters).

   • Passwords must be at least eight (8) characters long.

   • Passwords must not exceed twenty-eight (28) characters in length.

   Additional requirements about password complexity are defined by your tenant administrator. See Security Policies for more information.

4. Reset your security question and answer as needed:

   1. Click Reset security question and answer.

   2. Select a security question or enter a question in the Security Question field.

   3. Enter your security answer in the Security Answer field.

5. Click Save.
