Learn how your selected language affects Zuora UI text, exports, emails, reporting labels, and which items remain unchanged.

Items affected by your selected language

When you select a language, the following items use that language:

System-generated text in the Zuora UI. User-entered text, such as product names and revenue recognition rules, is not translated.
Data source exports created through the UI.
Finance exports, including Unprocessed Charges, Accounts Receivable Aging Invoice Detail, Accounts Receivable Aging Account Detail, Revenue Detail, Accounts Receivable Detail, Realized Gain and Loss Detail, Unrealized Gain and Loss Detail, and Journal Entry Transaction Detail.
System-generated emails from Zuora, such as reset password emails.
Labels and text in Zuora Reporting. Standard report names and descriptions remain in English.

Your selected language does not affect the following items:

Field names and values in REST API, SOAP API, and Aggregate Query API (AQuA) requests and responses. Error messages are displayed in your selected language.
Data source exports created through APIs.
Zuora WSDL and custom fields.
Import files for Mass Updater, Usage Upload, Import Customer Account, Import Contact, Import Payment Method, and Mass Order Entry.
Data synchronized to Salesforce through 360 Sync.
Z-Suite and user roles.
