Configure Zuora Remote MCP server

Configure the Zuora Remote MCP Server powered by Zuora AI, including enabling Zuora AI, creating OAuth 2.0 credentials, identifying your MCP server endpoint, and configuring your MCP client.

  1. Enable Zuora AI in the command center. For more detailed information, see Enable Zuora AI.
    Note:

    If you have already enabled AI Labs as part of the Zuora AI beta program, you can skip this step. This is a shared setting for Zuora MCP and AI. Enabling this will also enable Zuora AI.

  2. Create Create OAuth 2.0 Credentials to create a MCP client. For more detailed information, see Create OAuth 2.0 credentials for remote MCP client.
  3. Identify Your MCP Server Endpoint. For more detailed information, see Identify your MCP server endpoint.
  4. Configure your MCP client.
  5. Validate or test your Zuora MCP server connection. For more detailed information, see Test your Zuora MCP Connection.
