Portugal is part of Zuora's Avalara country coverage expansion and is supported as a pre-integrated country for invoices, credit memos, and debit memos.

For Portugal, the supported Avalara mandate is Clearance, the supported outbound format is UBL, the supported Zuora process mapping is Clearance, and the supported download types are XML, PDF, ZIP, and UBL_XML.

Portugal is covered by Avalara at the vendor level for B2B and B2G scenarios. The mandate details currently tracked in Zuora docs are B2G from January 2021 and ATCUD from January 2023.

This pre-integrated package is intended to provide default e-invoice file templates, response field mappings, and country-specific configurations so that customers can onboard faster without building a custom integration from scratch.
