Required fields are intentionally excluded from the permission set.

zqu__KeyType__c and zqu__SortOrder__c are marked as required on the zqu__OppProdSyncGroupingKey__c object. Salesforce does not allow required fields to be included in permission set fieldPermissions metadata—deployments will fail with the error: “You cannot deploy to a required field.”

Do not add these fields to your custom permission set. Object-level access (as granted above) is sufficient. Required fields are automatically accessible to users with Create and Edit permissions on the object.
