After you enable scheduled orders, configure a record-triggered flow in Salesforce to update the quote status after a scheduled order is executed.

1. In Setup, navigate to Process Automation > Flows and then click New Flow.
2. Select Record-Triggered Flow.
3. Configure the trigger settings:

   • Object: Select Zuora 360 Subscription (Zuora__Subscription__c).

   • Trigger the Flow When: Select A record is created or updated.

   • Condition Requirements: Select Formula Evaluates to True.

   • Formula: Enter NOT(ISBLANK({!$Record.Zuora__QuoteNumber__c})).

   • When to Run the Flow for Updated Records: Select Every time a record is updated and meets the condition requirements.

   • Optimize the Flow for: Select Actions and Related Records.

4. Click the + icon after Start on the canvas and then select Action under Interaction.

   

5. In the Action search field, search for and select Sync Scheduled Quotes.
6. Configure the action:

   • Label: Enter a descriptive label (for example, Sync Scheduled Quotes).

   • Zuora Subscription Record Id: Set this input parameter to {!$Record.Id}.

7. Click Save, enter a label such as Sync Scheduled Quotes on Zuora Subscription in the Flow Label field, and then click Save.
8. Click Activate.

   After the flow is active, it runs automatically when a subscription created by a scheduled order is synchronized to Salesforce. The flow updates the corresponding quote status.
