Stripe Real-Time Account Updater (RTAU) in Zuora is available through a limited enablement path for supported Stripe v2 credit-card configurations. This is not a standard self-service feature. To use Stripe RTAU, you must enable Stripe tokenization for the applicable Stripe setup, configure Stripe Real-Time Reconciliation and the required Stripe webhook endpoint, and have Zuora enable the feature for your tenant.

With Zuora’s Payment Orchestration for Stripe:

• Card updates are applied automatically to existing credit card payment methods in Zuora.
• No payment method migration is required.
• After the required setup is completed and the feature is enabled for your tenant, Zuora applies supported card metadata updates automatically.
